*URGENT* Senior Business Analyst #BCL

Responsibilities• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, assess performance, and support strategic decision-making.• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor key business initiatives and KPIs.• Prepare data-driven presentations and recommendations for management and stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and support planning and implementation of projects.• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation processes.• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.• Lead or mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support for business and strategic initiatives.Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or related functions.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.• Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or multinational corporations will be advantageous.How to Apply:Interested applicants, please email your resume to [email protected]*please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contactedLim Tyn Wei Crystal (Clara)CEI No: R23117784Recruit Express Pte LtdEA License No: 99C4599
