Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate operations, identify inefficiencies, and support management with data-driven insights to improve productivity and achieve business goals.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business operations, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesGather, review, and document business requirements through discussions with management and stakeholdersPrepare business reports, performance summaries, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-makingCollect and analyse business data, sales figures, operational metrics, and market information to identify trends and performance gapsDevelop actionable recommendations to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, resource allocation, and overall business performanceAssist in developing and monitoring business plans, operational strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on business progress and outcomesCoordinate with internal departments to facilitate implementation of business improvement initiativesConduct market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trendsMaintain accurate documentation of business processes, findings, recommendations, and project progressSupport management in evaluating new business initiatives and assessing their operational impactRequired competencies and certificationsProficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to interpret data and translate findings into practical business recommendationsGood written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearlyStrong organisational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaborativelyPreferred competencies and qualificationsDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience in business analysis, operations analysis, or management reportingFamiliarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
