Role Overview: Engagement ManagerAs an Engagement Manager with our client, you will own the end-to-end success and profitability of one or more strategic client accounts. Acting as the single-threaded leader, you will translate client business objectives into well-governed delivery leveraging our client's GenAI Factory, Agentic AI, and Data Platform offerings on AWS.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and growth — requiring you to engage senior stakeholders, shape commercials, and ensure delivery excellence across squads. You will orchestrate pre-sales through production-scale programs, balancing business value realization with commercial predictability and compliance rigor.The ideal candidate thrives in complex client environments, combines commercial acumen with delivery discipline, and can confidently bridge CxO-level business conversations with technology execution.What You'll Do & The Impact You'll HaveAs an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success and profitability of our most strategic client accounts. Acting as the single-threaded leader, you will:Be the Trusted Partner – Build executive-level relationships, navigate complex organizations, and ensure alignment on value delivery and transformation goals.Drive Business Growth – Translate our client's GenAI Factory, Agentic AI, and Data Platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes that expand client budgets and sponsorship.Ensure Predictable Delivery – Govern multi-squad programs from discovery to hypercare with rigor, discipline, and security/compliance at the core.Own the Numbers – Manage account-level P&L, driving revenue, margin, and collections with transparency and precision.Shape the Future of AI/ML at Scale – Orchestrate pilots-to-production journeys on AWS, embedding best practices for cost, security, and evaluation guardrails.Build High-Performing Teams – Scale and coach cross-functional squads, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and measurable impact.RequirementsWhat You'll Bring to the TableMust-Have Skills:Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage senior client executives, run QBRs, align roadmaps, and manage escalations across complex organizations.Account P&L Ownership: 3–5+ years of experience owning revenue, gross margin, forecasting, invoicing/collections, and profitability levers at account level.Delivery Governance: Hands-on experience with gated delivery frameworks, RAIDs, SteerCos, quality gates, change control, and SDLC best practices (CI/CD, IaC, evaluation guardrails).Solution Fluency (High-Level): Understanding of GenAI (RAG/Graph-RAG, guardrails, evals), Data Platforms (ETL, catalog/lineage, Iceberg/Delta, Redshift), and AWS (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS, IAM).Growth Leadership: Track record of expanding client relationships, leading pursuits, building value cases, and shaping proposals/SOWs.Risk, Compliance & Quality: Skilled in regulatory alignment (data privacy, model governance, masking/consent), maintaining risk registers, and enforcing delivery excellence.People & Culture: Experience coaching PMs/EMs/Tech Leads, scaling multi-squad delivery models, and embedding high-accountability team practices.Commercial Acumen: Strong command over pricing models (T&M, squad-based), change orders, contract mechanics (MSA/SOW/WO), and negotiation with client procurement/legal.Experience: 8–15 years in consulting, SI, or product-led services with at least 3–5 years of account-level P&L accountability.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA (both preferred).Nice-to-Have Skills:Deep hands-on experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks (Bedrock Agents, MCPs, tool integrations).Familiarity with modern data stack tooling (DBT, Glue, Lake Formation, Apache Airflow).Multi-hyperscaler awareness (Azure, GCP) beyond AWS.Prior experience working across ASEAN & Australia markets with cross-cultural delivery.Exposure to regulatory frameworks (APRA, MAS TRM, PDPA, GDPR) in data/AI programs.Thought leadership: whitepapers, conference presentations, or industry panels.Track record of shaping strategic GTM offerings in GenAI, Data, or Cloud consulting.
