They support clients with staff augmentation for long-term projects across IT companies, consulting firms, system integrators, government, and MNCs.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Data and Integration Analyst to join our IT Transformation team. In this role, your core focus will be driving integration and data migration tracks, providing technical oversight, governance, and quality assurance over external vendor deliverables and legacy systems (including SAP). Instead of building the solution yourself, you will act as a client-side custodian to ensure data pipelines and interface designs are executed comprehensively. This role requires high agility and good communication skills; you will serve as a cross-functional technical bridge, translating complex ideas between business users and vendors, and pivoting dynamically to support other project tracks during peak periods.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Tracks: Integration & Data MigrationDeliverable Vetting: Evaluate technical vendor deliverables, including source-to-target data mapping documents, interface specifications, and migration blueprints.Solution Validation: Review proposed data cleansing rules, ETL logic, pipeline architectures, and API designs to ensure they meet internal standards before recommending leadership approval.Track Monitoring: Actively monitor milestones across data cleansing, migration, and integration tracks, identifying technical risks or delivery bottlenecks early.Cross-Functional Collaboration & AgilityStakeholder Communication: Act as the primary translator between business users and technical vendors, ensuring technical solutions accurately resolve business problems.Dynamic Track Support: Pivot flexibly to assist adjacent project streams during critical project phases.Security & Compliance Alignment: Partner with security and governance teams to ensure all interface designs (APIs, file transfers) and migration pipelines adhere to regulatory standards.Analytics Enablement: Collaborate with downstream data analytics teams to ensure migrated historical data and real-time interface structures support BI tools and data warehousing.Job RequirementsExperience & EducationMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, specifically within data migration, system integration, or large-scale IT transformation projects.Proven experience working on legacy systems; familiarity with SAP environments is advantageous.Demonstrated experience working alongside external vendors and system integrators.Soft Skills & CommunicationExcellent articulation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business users.Stakeholder management: Comfortable facilitating workshops, gathering requirements from business units, and managing vendor accountability.Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the willingness and capability to learn and support adjacent project tracks during peak deployment times.Other InformationWork Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)Work Arrangement: Full Onsite - Central RegionSalary: S$7,500–S$9,000 (with bonuses - varies)Benefits:Annual Leave: 18 daysMedical Leave: 14 daysGroup Medical InsuranceOther leave benefits as per MOM guidelinesEA 20S0237
