Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of internal processes and cross-functional initiatives.• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, commercial discussions, and ongoing operational activities.• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, including sales performance, product performance, activation rates, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.• Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making.• Support pricing management, product catalogue maintenance, and supplier performance monitoring.• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to support strategic planning.• Coordinate and track business projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment across departments.• Assist management in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal operational documentation.Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, operations management, commercial operations, project coordination, supply chain operations, or related fields.• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional activities.• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in technology, telecommunications, travel, e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.• Experience in supplier management, business process improvement, or operational planning.• Familiarity with KPI reporting, business analytics, and operational performance management.
