Our Apex AI Platform serves residential property management companies across Singapore, combining AI automation, WhatsApp integration, and cloud-based workflows.Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager will drive growth by developing strategies, managing client pipelines, and forging partnerships within the property management and PropTech sectors to expand adoption of the Apex AI Platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to increase adoption of the Apex AI PlatformBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including property management companies and MCSTs, to achieve sales targetsConduct capability and readiness assessments of potential clients and integration partners to tailor solutions effectivelyDevelop compelling value propositions and lead end-to-end sales engagements with senior stakeholders to close dealsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, technology vendors, and industry bodies to enhance market presenceContribute to go-to-market strategies, participate in industry events, and support platform positioning to drive brand awarenessMonitor market trends and analyze data to identify new growth opportunities and inform business strategiesPreferred competencies and qualificationsDegree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account managementProven track record in B2B sales or technology ecosystem developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executivesExperience in PropTech, SaaS, or enterprise technologyExposure to AI, property management, or smart building solutionsSingapore Citizen or PR preferred Other InformationWhat We OfferSGD 6,000 – 8,000 / month, commensurate with experienceDirect involvement in cutting-edge AI productHigh-autonomy role with growth potentialFast-moving startup environment
