We are looking for AI / Automation Engineer (Infra AIOps) forour Banking customer in Singapore for a 1-year contract. you will be based in Singapore.Job Description & RequirementsAI / Automation Engineer (Infra AIOps).Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI-driven Automation Engineer to buildand implement self-healing infrastructure automation using AI, RPA, andorchestration tools.This role focuses on event-driven automation, integratingtools like Ansible, AI models, and infrastructure platforms to move from manualoperations to intelligent automation.Key Responsibilities1. AI + Automation Development· Develop AI-enabled automation workflows for incidentdetection, analysis, and remediation· Build event-driven automation pipelines (Detect → Analyze→ Trigger → Remediate)· Integrate AI models (e.g., OpenAI/LLM) for intelligentdecision-making and root cause analysis2. Infrastructure Automation (Core Focus)· Develop Ansible playbooks for automated remediation andconfiguration management· Automate infrastructure across domains (Unix, Network,Wintel, Firewall)· Integrate automation with orchestration tools (AnsibleTower, APIs)3. AI Use Case Delivery· Implement key AI use cases such as:o Backup failure analysis & auto-remediationo Intelligent incident handling· Work with APIs (e.g., NetBackup) and system integration4. Integration & Platform Engineering· Integrate:o Monitoring tools (Elastic / Dynatrace)o CMDB (Device42)o AI platforms (OpenAI / Claude)· Build end-to-end AI + automation ecosystem across tools5. Collaboration & Delivery· Work closely with infra platform teams to build sharedautomation capability· Drive Build → Upskill → Transfer model to domain teamsRequirementsTechnical Skills· Strong experience with:o Ansible / automation scriptingo Python / scriptingo Infrastructure systems (Unix, Windows, Network)· Good understanding of:o APIs, system integrationo Event-driven architecture· Exposure to:o AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, etc.)o RPA tools (UiPath / others)· Experience with AIOps / observability tools (Elastic,Dynatrace)· Experience with infrastructure automation at enterprisescale· Able to connect infra + AI + automation togetherPlease send us your resume in word(.doc) format to:[email protected]
