The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that enhance business processes and customer experienceKey Responsibilities• Configure, customize, and design UI for the D365 Field Service Mobile App.• Align existing functionalities and implement required enhancements.• Support application migration efforts and ongoing project requirements.• Collaborate on handovers to ensure seamless delivery.Must-Have Skills (Minimum 5+ Years Hands-On)• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong D365 Field Service experience.• Mobile app configurations, customizations, and UI design (JavaScript, HTML).• Power Automate, SSRS Reporting, Power BI.• C# for plugins and custom logic.Nice-to-Have• Dataverse, PCF controls, offline capabilities.• Integration with Azure or other Microsoft services.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
