What You'll Be DoingCommunity Research & InsightsConduct research on resident demographics, behaviours, preferences, and emerging trends within the mall's surrounding communities.Identify customer needs, pain points, and preferred digital platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, forums, and community apps.Gather insights to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.Digital Community MonitoringMonitor online community channels, social media, and forums to identify trending topics and opportunities.Analyse community conversations and provide recommendations to enhance mall campaigns and resident engagement.Merchant Partnerships & Content ManagementReach out to merchants to explore partnerships, promotions, and collaboration opportunities.Coordinate with merchants to collect promotional materials and ensure offer details are accurate before publication.Support the creation and management of content for the mall's website and mobile application.Upload, categorise, and maintain digital content while ensuring timely updates.Track content performance and prepare simple reports to improve engagement and effectiveness.CollaborationWork closely with internal teams, merchants, and external stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful campaigns and community initiatives.Support the execution of digital marketing activities and promotional events.What We're Looking ForFresh graduates are welcome to apply.Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable engaging with merchants and external partners.Interest in digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, or content management systems is a plus.Interested Applicant, Please click apply NowTrevis Teo Xiu LiR261661973Revup Proservices Pte LtdEA.24C2366
