We create value by delivering unsurpassed beauty experience for our consumers and by augmenting our collaborators. Our Missions:We create value by augmenting employees with AI-powered products for our strategic métiersWe catalyze L’Oréal AI, data and tech transformationWe maintain our innovation edgeWe empower employees & attract tech talentsToday, the Singapore AI Solutions Team is seeking a Product Manager to join a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the evolution of an AI-powered Revenue Growth Management product that helps L’Oreal business teams make better promotion and commercial investment decisions. Based in Singapore, The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a complex AI product, defining the product strategy, setting the product vision, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives. He/She will be involved in various aspects of the product lifecycle, including conducting research, gathering user insights, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing feature development. He/She will work closely with various stakeholders across the L’Oréal organization to align product goals with business objectives and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target. In addition to strategic responsibilities, the Product Manager will also be involved in tactical activities such as conducting competitive analysis, monitoring product performance, user feedback, and making data-driven decisions to drive product improvements. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and analytical skills are essential for this role, as the Product Manager will effectively guide and collaborate with teams, influence decision-making, and drive innovation within the organization.Key responsibilities:Product Strategy & OwnershipOwn the product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for the Product.Translate business problems and customer needs into product requirements and scalable solutions.Define product success metrics and drive adoption and business impact.Apply core product management practices across discovery, prioritization, delivery and lifecycle managementDrive change management to support effective product use across Commercial and RGM teamsRGM & Commercial ExpertiseUnderstand and solve CPG/FMCG RGM and commercial problems, including:Promotion & trade promotionPricing & price-pack architecturePromo ROI and effectivenessDemand, uplift and investment optimizationPartner with Commercial & RGM teams to identify high-value opportunities.Translate business challenges into AI/data-driven product capabilities.AI & Data Product ManagementWork closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers and Technology teams.Understand data, ML models, optimization and AI sufficiently to make informed product decisions.Translate AI/ML capabilities into intuitive, actionable business solutions.Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI within commercial workflows.Complex Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementLead complex, multi-workstream initiatives across Business, Data, Technology and external partnersManage dependencies, risks, priorities and delivery milestonesDrive Agile/Scrum delivery through backlog management, sprint planning, reviews and prioritizationManage vendors and technology partners to ensure quality and timely deliveryOperating in AmbiguityNavigate problems where requirements, data or solutions are not clearly defined.Break complex problems into actionable, incremental solutions.Demonstrate a strong “find a way to make it work” mindset.Make pragmatic trade-offs between business value, technical feasibility and speed.Cross-Team CollaborationThe role sits at the intersection of Product, AI/Data, RGM and Commerce, requiring strong business acumen alongside the ability to work with Data Science, Technology and external partners. Collaborate across multiple data teams (Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) & Beauty Tech Data & AI) and business departments in markets and zones to ensure a smooth coordination of objectives and alignment of priorities, scoping, and roadmaps.CommunicationConducting user research through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, the Product Manager will gather deep insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences.
