Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer

Role SummaryWe are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI applications and deliver innovative enterprise solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI applications powered by LLMs and Generative AI.Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.Develop scalable AI solutions for production environments.Collaborate with engineering, platform, and data teams to deliver AI solutions.Improve model performance, prompts, and AI workflows.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.Strong programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.Experience with RAG, AI agents, cloud platforms, APIs, or MLOps is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
