It integrates origin buying, processing, logistics, and risk management.Job SummaryThe CTRM Product Manager oversees the integrity and evolution of the Global Master Template (GMT), driving collaboration between business, technology, and operations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and innovation.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and document all changes to the Global Master Template (GMT), including rationale and governance approvals to ensure compliance and accuracyProvide well-founded recommendations to the Operations Committee (OPCO) for GMT changes, including local adaptations, to support strategic decision-makingReview and evaluate business requests for developments in Irely, identifying opportunities for more efficient or cost-effective integrationAssess integration requests to confirm their necessity and operational efficiency within the CTRM landscapeMonitor emerging technologies such as AI continuously to identify potential integration opportunities that enhance system capabilitiesReview and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the business to improve transparency and operational efficiencyMaintain comprehensive SOP documentation for Irely and actively participate in user training during system implementation to ensure smooth adoptionCollaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop and deliver required business reporting that supports informed decision-makingProvide user support for Irely operations by acting as a liaison between end-users and IT to resolve issues promptlyParticipate in decision-making processes for the implementation roadmap in coordination with the Business Solutions Manager to align project goalsBuild and maintain an expert user network, including module owners such as milling, risk management, and contracting, to support program successManage communication with PC managers during implementation to ensure alignment and address concernsEnsure all Change Requests undergo thorough review and approval to maintain system integrity and governance standards
