The Team S&P Global Market Intelligence’s market leading investment research products have experienced strong growth for more than a decade.  As a key member of the Contributor Research team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our commercial engagements to win new business, driving adoption to retain existing clients, and providing market insight to enhance our products.Responsibilities and Impact: Manage all research frontline product and commercial support, acting as product expert in collaboration with commercial and support colleagues, including product positioning and pricing, marketing campaigns, client training, and soliciting user feedback to develop our research offering.Conduct in-depth data and analytics to drive new business growth and client renewals, in collaboration with commercial colleaguesPartner with cross-functional teams to engage clients, ensure accurate reporting and operational excellence, and proactively develop solutions to meet client requirements.Explore business development opportunities through data analysis and execute business development initiatives with clients directly as part of commercial or product campaigns.Deepen relationships with Asia Pacific S&P Global commercial team and global Research teams to further enhance our data analysis, business intelligence tools and identify operational efficiencies.Acquire a deep understanding of our research product and client requirements and participate in product testing and release support.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial industry.Fluent English speaker, both written and spoken. Other languages would be beneficial.Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior audiences.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a high attention to detail.Integrity and accountability, and the desire to own projects through to completion.Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities – both team-based and individual – meeting deadlines.A growth mindset and curiosity to learn and advance personal understanding of fast-moving technologies.
