Data & AI Engineering Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Data & AI Engineering Manager to lead oragnisation's data governance, modern data platform, BI, and AI initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI and Data Governance, including data quality, lineage, metadata, privacy, security, compliance, and governance standards.Own and evolve the organisation’s modern cloud data architecture, data pipelines, analytics platform, and BI environment.Establish engineering standards across data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD, and production releases.Identify and deliver AI and analytics use cases across multiple business functions.Develop scalable data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.Drive data literacy and adoption through training, documentation, and enablement.Track platform, governance, and AI/analytics KPIs and provide updates to senior management.Job RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or AI, with 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.Strong experience in AI/Data GovernanceStrong knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, BI, semantic modelling, and system integration.Experience with CI/CD, data security, privacy, access controls, and compliance.If this opportunity aligns with your experience and career goals, we encourage you to apply.EA License: 21C0783EAP Registration No: R24123529
