Position: Supply Chain Analyst (Data Centre Logistics / SAP / WMS)Location: BenoiWorking hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4800 + AWS + Medical + DentalDuration: PermanentIndustry: LogisticMain Responsibilities:Analyze operational data, dashboards, KPIs and trends to support business decisions.Review customer requirements, documents and service-level performance.Develop, update and maintain operational SOPs.Audit logistics operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and process requirements.Support data-center logistics activities including inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, kitting, replenishment and decommissioning.Maintain operational data and reports using SAP, WMS and other systems.Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.Support customer issue resolution and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.Conduct logistics process training and induction for new operations staff.Support yearly internal audits and maintain logistics process assessments and training materials.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.Around 3-5 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.Experience using SAP, WMS or similar logistics systems.Good knowledge of warehouse operations, reverse logistics and process improvement.Experience with SOP development, audits, KPI/SLA monitoring or governance.Data center logistics experience will be a strong advantage.Experience with systems such as SAP EWM, JDA or similar platforms will be advantageous.Good customer and stakeholder-management skills.Email me at [email protected] ***We do not charge our candidates any referral nor bind them with any contract.*** Joie Chang Deputy Consulting DirectorReg no.: R2090601 | EA No: 13C6684Thank you for your interest in this position.
