核心职责

主动拓展传统金融机构客户，建立并维护客户关系管道，推动从接触到入驻到交易的全链路转化

与产品、合规、风控、技术团队紧密协作，推动机构级产品和服务的落地

负责客户谈判与商务条款沟通，推进合同签署与合作落地

持续跟踪已有机构客户的业务动态，挖掘增量需求，推动交叉销售与客户生命周期价值提升

定期输出市场洞察与竞品分析，反馈机构客户对产品和服务的需求与期望

完成销售目标（AUM 增长、交易量、新客数等核心 KPI）

任职要求

3年以上传统金融行业销售/BD 经验（投行、资管、私人银行、券商经纪等），有加密行业经验者优先

具备成熟的机构客户网络资源，能够快速建立高层对话

对加密资产、数字资产托管、RWA、DeFi 等新兴领域有基本认知或强烈学习意愿

英文流利，能够独立与全球机构客户进行专业沟通

自驱力强，目标导向，适应高强度、快节奏的工作环境
