AI Deployment Manager

About the roleWe’re hiring the first AI Deployment Manager to partner with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. As an AI Deployment Manager, you’ll drive adoption, deliver measurable business value, and help shape how AI transforms engineering teams. You’ll act as the connective tissue between customer stakeholders and our internal teams, influencing both the Grok roadmap and each customer’s implementation strategy.This role is highly cross‑functional and customer‑facing. You understand software development workflows, care deeply about developer tools, and love helping engineering organizations succeed at scale.What you'll doBuild and grow deep relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accountsPartner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post‑sale experienceDrive adoption of Grok by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goalsGuide customers on best practices for rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablementServe as the customer’s voice internally and influence roadmap prioritiesProvide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with VP‑ and CTO‑level stakeholdersMonitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansionYou may be a fit ifYou have strong communication skills and executive presence, and are comfortable whiteboarding with developers and pivoting to value with a CTOYou have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structuresYou are fluent in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity (even if you haven’t been a full‑time engineer)You are customer‑obsessed with a knack for strategic thinking and problem‑solvingYou thrive in a startup environment: scrappy, proactive, and adaptableYou have experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software
