ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end AI system requirements, from model capabilities and behaviour to user impact.Translate ML capabilities, data constraints and evaluation results into product and system decisions.Make trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability and UX.Define and evolve evaluation frameworks using offline metrics, online experiments and human feedback.Own AI product quality and delivery, including correctness, predictability, safety and user trust.RequirementsStrong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures and system design.Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and modern AI systems in production.Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, including LLM-based systems, model evaluation and prompt or pipeline iteration.Experience owning complex technical products end-to-end and working closely with engineering and ML teams.Strong understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, bias, drift and failure handling.GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 09C3051 | VO UYEN AI LINH | Registration No: R22109232
