Job DescriptionWe are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the Company's digital transformation initiatives and drive innovation across the organisation. The successful candidate will develop and execute digital strategies that enhance operational efficiency, improve business processes, and strengthen the Company's digital capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Company's digital transformation strategy in alignment with business objectives.Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives, including AI, automation, cloud technologies, data analytics, and workflow digitalisation.Review, redesign, and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.Drive the adoption of intelligent automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.Establish and promote a data-driven culture through effective data governance, business intelligence, and analytics.Enhance customer and employee experience by implementing innovative digital solutions and collaboration tools.Lead organisational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital transformation programmes.Develop digital capabilities through training, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives.Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement and digital innovation.Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on digital strategy, technology trends, and business transformation.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.At least 10 years of leadership experience in digital transformation, technology management, or business transformation, with senior management experience preferred.Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including AI, cloud computing, automation, data analytics, and enterprise systems.Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects and change management initiatives.Strong strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions and drive organisational change.
