Cashier

Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items and promotional sets.Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.Issue receipts and perform cash register reconciliation during shift handovers.Prepare and pack takeaway food and beverages according to company standards.Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and dining area.Support daily restaurant operations and assist team members during peak periods.Job RequirementsPrior experience in customer service, retail, F&B, or cashier operations is preferred but not mandatory.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail when handling transactions.Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
