SEO / AI Search Growth Manager

Job Responsibilities:Lead global organic growth and SEO strategy across Google and AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and PerplexityDrive organic traffic, brand visibility, and user conversion for Crypto, US stocks, and wealth management productsContinuously optimize technical SEO, on-page SEO, site architecture, and search performanceCollaborate with product, content, and growth teams to drive content growth and programmatic SEO initiativesLeverage AI tools to improve keyword research, content production, search analytics, and workflow efficiencyTrack and analyze core SEO and growth metrics, providing ongoing optimization recommendationsMonitor and respond to trends in AI search, Google algorithm updates, and evolving search behavior to continuously evolve SEO strategyJob Requirements:3+ years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, or Content GrowthFamiliar with technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and SEO data analysisUnderstands AI search, AI content workflows, and the emerging AI-driven search ecosystemProficient with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search ConsoleStrong data analysis skills and a growth-oriented mindsetFamiliar with the use of AI tools in content generation, SEO analysis, and automationStrong English skills with experience creating or optimising content for international marketsPreferred:Experience in Crypto, securities, US stock brokerage, online finance, Fintech, or trading platformsExperience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content growthExperience with US stocks, ETFs, investment, or financial contentExperience with multilingual SEO or global growth projectsExperience with AI SEO, GEO, or AEO related projects
