We bring together research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies to support impactful research, develop talent, and power Singapore's AI efforts.AI Singapore is sourcing for an individual to join the Planning and Operations team as a Programme Manager.  The role of the Programme Manager is to support the development of AISG’s strategic plans and facilitate the implementation of major, cross-AISG initiatives. The Programme Manager will report to the Director of Planning and Operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Programme Manager is expected to: -Develop strategic plans and policies to guide AISG’s direction Work across AISG and with funding agencies to develop funding proposals and scope out new initiativesMonitor emerging trends in the international AI landscape and analyse their policy implicationsLead performance reporting of AISG’s initiatives.  This includes collecting and analysing data to understand our progress and impact, and assessing where changes are requiredServe as the secretariat for AISG’s senior management and scientific advisory board meetingsQualificationsStrong analytical skillsStrong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to drive multiple initiatives concurrently and meet timelinesPrior experience in AI, technology / R&D or policy will be advantageous
