More details as below.Job Responsibilities:As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for using quality processes, automation tools (optional) , and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions.You will run the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity.You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.Intermediate proficiency in Technical Test Execution is required.Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management is recommended.Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance product quality and efficiency.Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve testing processes and product performance.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation within the development lifecycle.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions in testing practices.Optional- Mentor and guide team members to build expertise in automation tools and quality engineering methodologies. Required Qualifications:Strong experience in test strategy, test planning, and end-to-end test execution cross complex enterprise applications.Proven expertise in defect management, root cause analysis (RCA), defect lifecycle management, and driving quality improvements.Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business, development, and QA teams while promoting a strong quality-first mindset.Hands-on experience in test automation using industry-standard automation frameworks and tools is highly preferred (good to have).WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
