Bank Operations Officer - Cash Management

The Static Maintenance Maker is responsible for the accurate and timely creation, update, and maintenance of static data in core banking and related systems. This role ensures data integrity and supports various business units by maintaining critical reference data used in transaction processing, client onboarding, and regulatory reporting.Job responsibilities:Set up of static or mandate maintenancesProcessing of related to Corporate Account Opening request (back up)Review cash management account opening documentation and conduct due diligence on the documentsFrom a static standpoint: to facilitate change of requests (update bank’s system) such as email updates.Business intelligence and data visualizationWhen required ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/BankingSaavy with Ms OfficeCritical thinking skillsGood understanding of maker/checker operation processesAttention to detail/data entry specialist without minimal errorAbility to multitask/handle large volumes tasksGood to have (not mandatory): Advanced MS Excel Formulas (Concatenate, Pivot Table, Vlookup etc.), VBA Excel Macros, BI Tools (Power BI, Tableu Qlik)
