We are looking for an AI Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to design, develop and support enterprise AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.Location: HillviewSalary: Up to $5k per month Key ResponsibilitiesAI Architecture & Multi-Agent SolutionsDesign and deploy scalable and secure multi-agent architectures using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.Develop agent orchestration workflows that enable specialised AI agents to route tasks, share information and execute complex business processes.Integrate custom Copilot solutions with external data sources, APIs and enterprise systems using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.Power Platform & Workflow DevelopmentDevelop and manage complex automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.Build connected application experiences that allow Copilot agents to retrieve and update data, trigger workflows and interact with enterprise systems.Develop backend automation to support AI agent execution and business processes.UAT & DeploymentConduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with business users to validate agent accuracy, response quality and conversational logic.Manage solution packaging, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment across development, testing and production environments.Troubleshooting & System MaintenanceProvide advanced technical support and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, integration failures, API latency and unexpected agent behaviours.Monitor multi-agent infrastructure, system health, prompt performance, token usage and overall platform capabilities.Governance, Training & DocumentationDevelop SOPs and detailed technical documentation for ongoing platform maintenance.Prepare user-friendly training materials, reference guides and guidelines for non-technical business users and system owners.RequirementsSingaporean only.At least two years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio ecosystemsBy submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec ‘s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).This authorizes us to:Contact you about potential opportunities.Delete personal data as it is not required at this application stage.All applications will be processed with strict confidence.
