Card Product Manager

About the RoleOur client is a leading global technology platform that provides digital payment solutions across multiple markets. The role focuses on consumer-facing payment products and supports initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, transaction volume, and long-term customer value.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport user growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, spending, and retention.Assist in the design and execution of rewards, incentive, and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement.Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver new features and optimize user experiences.Monitor business and product performance metrics, supporting experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and funnel analysis.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including commercial, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Support product development activities by gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating testing, and driving implementation with relevant teams.RequirementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.At least 1 year of experience in product growth, customer engagement, digital products, or related areas.Familiarity with product development, project coordination, or business process management.Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Interest in digital payments, fintech, e-commerce, or technology products.Nice to HaveExperience working within technology, digital platform, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or financial services environments.Exposure to growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, customer journey optimization, A/B testing, or funnel analysis.Knowledge of SQL, data analytics tools, or dashboard reporting platforms is advantageous.Prior experience in product management, product operations, or growth-focused roles is a plus.Elizabeth MA License No. 02C3423 Personnel Registration No. R26163187 Please note that your response to this advertisement and communications with us pursuant to this advertisement will constitute informed consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data by ManpowerGroup Singapore for the purpose of carrying out its business, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
