AI Testing Accreditation Manager - 1 Year Contract

Job OverviewWe are looking for an AI Testing Accreditation Manager to lead and manage the accreditation lifecycle for AI testing service providers. This role will be responsible for reviewing applications, evaluating technical testing capabilities, making accreditation recommendations, managing renewals and ensuring the accreditation programme remains credible, consistent and aligned with evolving AI testing and governance standards.The ideal candidate should have experience in AI/GenAI system evaluation, technical testing, software quality assurance, audit, certification or accreditation-related work, with strong stakeholder engagement skills across industry, government and technical communities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full accreditation lifecycle for AI testing service providers, including application review, technical evaluation, accreditation decisions and annual renewals.Evaluate applicant firms against defined accreditation criteria, including their technical testing competency and ability to deliver AI testing services.Assess firms’ claimed AI testing services against established guidelines and frameworks, including testing approaches for LLM-based applications, safety and reliability.Engage with industry stakeholders, testing service providers, AI system developers and deployers to understand evolving needs and refine the programme’s assessment scope and standards.Develop and maintain accreditation documentation, evaluation rubrics and assessment guidelines to ensure consistency and rigour across all accreditation reviews.Monitor developments in AI testing methodologies, AI safety frameworks and governance standards to ensure the programme remains current and credible.Prepare clear and structured evaluation reports, accreditation recommendations and programme documentation for internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in GenAI / Agentic AI systems evaluation, technical testing, software quality assurance, audit, certification, accreditation or a related field.Strong working knowledge of AI system development lifecycles, including Generative AI and LLM-based applications.Good understanding of AI safety, reliability, governance and responsible AI considerations.Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles and technical testing standards, including AI testing guidelines or ISO/IEC AI standards.Experience designing, managing or supporting accreditation, certification or audit programmes will be highly advantageous.Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across industry, government and technical communities.Strong analytical and evaluative skills, with the ability to assess complex technical claims and make well-reasoned accreditation judgements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and policy makers.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, guidelines and programme documentation.Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving programme environment where standards and processes are still being shaped.Commercially aware, with an understanding of the AI testing services market and business considerations of testing service providers.Strong interest in advancing the responsible development and deployment of AI in Singapore.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certification in AI governance, such as AIGP, or relevant GenAI / Agentic AI testing certification.Knowledge of AI testing frameworks, LLM safety evaluation, model risk assessment or assurance practices.Good understanding of Singapore’s AI, technology and assurance ecosystem.Key SkillsAI Governance, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM Testing, AI Safety, AI Reliability, Software Quality Assurance, Technical Evaluation, Accreditation, Certification, Audit Programme, Responsible AI, Stakeholder Management, Programme Documentation, Evaluation Reports, AI Testing StandardsLaurence Andaya - R26159876Recruitment ConsultantEA 05C3053BGC Group Pte Ltd (Outsourcing)By submitting your resume or personal data, you consent to BGC Group Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data to our clients and partners for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for job opportunities and related recruitment services.
