Overall ObjectiveAs a Business Performance & Process Improvement Specialist, you will drive regional process transformation initiatives by improving business processes, standardizing operations, strengthening data governance, and enhancing business visibility across multiple countries. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, implement best practices, and leverage automation and analytics to improve operational performance and forecast reliability. Responsibilities:Business Process Improvement & StandardizationAnalyze existing business processes across multiple countries and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and governance.Lead process improvement and standardisation initiatives to establish best practices across the region.Simplify and optimise workflows by eliminating manual, duplicated and non-value-added activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.Develop sustainable process governance frameworks to ensure long-term adoption.Business Performance & AnalyticsDesign and develop dashboards that provide meaningful insights into business performance, revenue, forecast accuracy, backlog, margins and operational KPIs.Analyse business data to identify trends, process gaps and improvement opportunities.Improve visibility of business performance through accurate reporting and actionable insights.Support management decision-making through data-driven analysis.Data Governance & Reporting AutomationImprove data quality across ERP systems and reporting platforms by identifying inconsistencies and implementing governance controls.Drive data cleansing initiatives in collaboration with regional stakeholders.Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.Establish monitoring mechanisms to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.Stakeholder & Change ManagementPartner with regional business, finance and operational teams to drive adoption of standardised processes.Influence stakeholders across multiple countries to embrace new ways of working.Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve business process challenges.Support organisational change initiatives by promoting process discipline and continuous improvement.Technology & Continuous ImprovementLeverage ERP systems, automation tools, business intelligence platforms and emerging technologies to improve business processes.Recommend practical technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and business visibility.Identify opportunities to utilise automation, analytics and AI to improve operational performance where appropriate.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Performance, Finance Transformation or related functions.Proven experience leading process improvement and standardisation initiatives across multiple business units or countries.Experience driving organisational change and implementing sustainable business improvements.Experience working within regional or multinational organisations will be highly advantageous.Exposure to Services, Projects, Shared Services or consulting environments will be an added advantage.Exposure to SAP, Oracle or other ERP platforms.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Excel or similar analytics tools.Experience leveraging automation or AI to improve business processes is advantageous.EA Personnel Name: Jackie NgEA Personnel No: R22109024EA License No: 95C5411
