Job DescriptionIndustry/ Organization Type: Information Technology ConsultingPosition Title: QA Automation EngineerWorking Location: Paya LebarWorking Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion BonusDuration: 1 year contract (renewable based on performance)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain automated test suites for front-end UI, API, and performance testing, using and improving existing automation frameworks.Work with DevOps Engineers to include automated tests in CI/CD pipelines, providing fast and reliable feedback to the engineering team.Help set up QA tools, define best practices, and create test automation standards for the team, supporting a shared quality-focused culture.Work with Software Engineers and Product Managers to understand requirements early, identify testing concerns, and help define clear acceptance criteria.Review and investigate test failures, identify whether they are product defects or test issues, and work with engineers to resolve them quickly.Identify suitable ways to use GenAI tools to improve testing workflows, such as test case generation, test data management, or test result analysis.Support documentation of testing standards, frameworks, and processes to help share knowledge within the QA team and wider engineering team.Any ad hoc duties assignedAPPLY NOW!!!At least 4 years of QA or test engineering experience, with strong test automation skills.Experience in front-end UI, API, and performance test automation. Java or JavaScript testing knowledge is advantageous.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and understanding of DevOps testing practices.Able to evaluate and use suitable testing tools based on project needs.Experience or interest in setting up QA practices, standards, and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and explain findings clearly.Familiar with agile development and able to work in a fast-changing team environment.Exposure to or interest in using GenAI tools for testing workflows.Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Infocomm Technology, or equivalent experienceKindly apply through ANY of the following methods:Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button;Email your resume to [email protected].
