ResponsibilitiesLead and govern AI delivery across APAC markets from idea to measurable impact.Shape the regional AI portfolio and delivery backlog, deciding where we place our biggest bets.Drive AI adoption and innovation, turning GenAI and Agentic AI from hype into hard business value.Consult and advise internal teams on the right AI solutions, technologies, architectures, and implementation approaches.Orchestrate delivery through internal and offshore development teams.Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and technology partners to make it happen.Champion responsible AI, compliance, and governance because trust scales AI.Engage stakeholders through training, workshops, and executive-level presentations.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years in AI/ML delivery, AI solution implementation, digital transformation, or technology leadership.Strong command of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and modern AI platforms.A proven track record delivering complex technology programs across cross-functional stakeholders.Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.Outstanding communication, consulting, and executive stakeholder management skills.Automotive industry experience is a plus.Why BMW GroupYou’ll operate at the intersection of world-class engineering and next-generation AI, with the mandate and the platform to make a regional impact.
