You'll provide financial support to Pacific Finished Goods & AppleCare Operations while applying modern data science, machine learning, and GenAI techniques to elevate how we forecast, report, and make decisions. You'll own core FP&A responsibilities — monthly forecast, quarter-close, and business decision support — and build intelligent data products that transform financial workflows across the region.ResponsibilitiesData Fluency (SQL, Python, Data Modelling, Visualization)Automation and workflow designAutomated workflows connecting to certified data sources in Snowflake/EDW.Leverage LLMs and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini,) for Finance use casesExecute critical financial planning processes such as monthly forecast and quarter-close activitiesPartner with Operations to track cost efficiency and implement cost reduction initiatives using performance metricsAnalyze data to support fulfilment and operational decision-makingCollaborate with Worldwide and Regional Finance teams to implement best practices across the regionMinimum Qualifications4-6 years of experience in forecasting, reporting, data science and machine learning.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experienceAdvanced proficiency in Tableau, Dataiku, EDW, Snowflake, LLM and GenAIStrong analytical capabilities with attention to detailAbility to work with incomplete data to generate insightful analysis and navigate ambiguous situationsClear communication skills for presenting findings to business partners and influencing cross-functionally at all organisational levelsAbility to work independently and collaborate in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsProgramming skills in SQL, VBA, R, or PythonMaster's degree in IT Business or related fieldUnderstanding of AI agent creation, prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning for domain specific applicationApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity, and thus we treat all applicants fairly and equally.
