Ops and Financial Evaluation Manager - AI (Public Agency)

This team supports the accreditation and governance of AI testing providers, helping to ensure AI systems are assessed for safety, reliability, and governance standards to build trust and confidence in AI technologies. We are looking for a candidate to support the growth of the AI assurance ecosystem through stakeholder engagement, business evaluation, partnership development, and industry growth initiatives.Contract Duration: 12 monthsSalary: Up to $9400/monthJob Responsibilities:Lead the overall due diligence process (technical, financial, and business operations) with the AI testing service company and colleagues from other teams, and complete commercial, financial, and operations evaluation on the company.Review and assess company submissions, including project track record, client references, case studies, business plans, pricing approaches, service delivery documentation, financials, and company background.Analyse operational performance, financial position, company capabilities, and service delivery models to support commercial evaluation and programme-related decision-making.Evaluate operational readiness and delivery governance of company, including resource planning, staffing capabilities, utilisation assumptions, QA processes, SLA management, complaint handling procedures, and other operational controls.Perform financial reviews and commercial due diligence on companies’ background, financials, and operations, interpret findings, and prepare recommendations for approvals.Support planning, reporting, and management update activities, including preparation of evaluation summaries, recommendations, and programme-related updates for senior management review and approval.Requirements:Singaporeans onlyMinimally 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry, preferably with experience in partner management, consultancy, financial advisory, and/or a Big Four environment.Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in process review, quality assurance functions (e.g. ISO certification processes), financial review, or commercial due diligence, with the ability to identify gaps, assess controls, and highlight operational weaknesses or process flaws.Preferably strong technical knowledge and/or domain expertise in AI governance and AI testing.By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy(scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).This authorizes us to:Contact you about potential opportunities.Delete personal data not required at this application stage.To withdraw consent, email [email protected] applications will be processed with strict confidence.
