JOBSUMMARYWe are seeking a highly analytical and operationally driven pharmacist to join our team as an Operations Pharmacist.The role combines pharmacy operations, data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, and automation. The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day pharmacy operations while using data and technology to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and drive improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and service outcomes.The role will also support cross-functional and strategic projects, with opportunities to apply analytics and transformation capabilities beyond Pharmacy. ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES 1.     Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including work flow management, inventory management, manpower deployment, and operational problem-solving.2.     Analyse operational data and processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.3.     Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.4.     Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects to improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost-efficiency.5.     Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual or repetitive processes within pharmacy operations.6.     Work with IT teams and vendors to translate operational requirements into system solutions, including system testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.7.     Act as a Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting user training, system adoption, and downtime or contingency workflows.8.     Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve operational problems and improve business performance.9.     Support strategic and cross-functional projects, including analytics, process improvement, and transformation initiatives beyond Pharmacy where appropriate.10.  Stay informed of relevant industry, technology, analytics, and healthcare trends and identify opportunities to continuously improve and transform pharmacy operations.Requirements1.     Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.2.     Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.3.     Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.4.     Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, workflows, and process improvement.5.     Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.6.     Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and operational reporting is preferred.7.     Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming languages is an advantage.8.     Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or digital transformation is an advantage.9. Ability to translate operational and business requirements into system and technology requirements10.     Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Pharmacy, IT, Operations, vendors, and other departments.11.     Curious, proactive, meticulous, adaptable, and willing to learn and develop new analytical and technological capabilities.12.     Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned operational and project responsibilities.ADDITIONAL NOTES1.      Usual Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am to 6pm; Alt Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm2.      Location:4 Pandan Ave (nearest MRT: Clementi/Jurong East) Transport provided at Jurong East/Clementi MRT3.      Medical& Dental Benefits, AWS & Performance Bonus.
