Business Analyst (Ai Project)

Location: Punggol Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with Product Managers, users, and stakeholders to identify business needs and support product roadmap planning.Manage product reporting, dashboards, metrics tracking, and ad-hoc data requests.Support user onboarding, feedback collection, operational support, and service adoption initiatives.Analyse change requests, assess business impact, and recommend enhancements to improve products and services.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery, deployment, and ongoing operations.Support product launches, stakeholder engagements, communications, and user outreach activities.Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, or IT project delivery.Experience gathering business requirements and participating in software or product development projects using Agile methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users and translate business needs into actionable requirements.Candidates with prior experience supporting AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, or AI-driven product initiatives will be strongly preferred.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).This authorizes us to:• Contact you about potential opportunities.• Delete personal data as it is not required at this application stage.All applications will be processed with strict confidence.
