GenAI Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to develop innovative AI use cases and leverage emerging technologies to support digital transformation in the tourism sector.Why Join:Opportunity to work on GenAI discovery and implementationHybrid work setup that supports work-life balanceAttractive compensation and employee's benefitsWhat you'll do:Design and develop GenAI applications using APIs and SDKs from platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent providers.Build backend and frontend components, including APIs, user interfaces, and integrations with internal and external systems.Design and implement RAG solutions, including data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval quality checks, citation handling, and answer grounding.Design and implement agentic workflows, including tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, state management, human-in-the-loop processes, and guardrails.Deploy solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Step Functions.Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for GenAI models, processes, and results.Stay abreast of the latest developments in GenAI, including LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, agentic workflows, AI-assisted coding, evaluation methods, and relevant cloud services.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and debugging.Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or multimodal models via APIs/SDKs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent platforms.Good understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, embeddings, RAG, and model selection trade-offs across cost, latency, reliability, and quality.Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably using AWS serverless or container-based services.Ready to build impactful solutions and grow your career in an innovative environment?
