Technical Business Analyst

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.Conduct business analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments to support digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.Perform research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions and process automation opportunities.Support AI initiatives by identifying use cases and assisting in integrating AI capabilities into business processes.Leverage previous development experience to bridge communication between business users and technical teams.Analyze data and provide insights using reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence platforms.Work with data teams to define data requirements, data quality standards, and reporting solutions.Prepare business proposals, solution recommendations, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and solution reviews.Collaborate with offshore and USA-based teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Understand and support applications and processes within the Real Estate and Construction domain.Conduct market research and industry analysis to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and change management activities.Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization across business processes.Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and governance standards are maintained.Drive continuous improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives through strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.Provide functional support and clarify requirements during development and implementation phases.Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
