About the Opportunity

As an Infra Product Manager focused on Algorithm and Search, you will be responsible for the deep, high-quality delivery of core Web3 Infra components — primarily the algorithm platform, search system, and related AI capabilities that serve Wallet, DEX, and other businesses. You will work closely with engineering, data, and data science teams to ensure that core problems are solved correctly, that products meet stringent performance, accuracy, and scalability bars, and that every release is reliable and production-grade. This role demands strong execution discipline, technical depth, and the ability to drive complex algorithmic and search problems from design through delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Algorithm Platform Development: Design and iterate the algorithm platform supporting on-chain data analytics, trading signal discovery, risk control, and recommendation scenarios. Own the full lifecycle of algorithm models — integration, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration — to ensure efficient and reliable outputs.

Web3 Search System: Drive the product design and continuous optimization of the Web3 search system (across tokens, addresses, NFTs, transactions, protocols, and more). Improve relevance, recall, latency, and ranking quality through close collaboration with search and data engineering teams.

AI Integration: Embed AI capabilities (AI Agent, LLM, embedding / vector retrieval) into algorithms and search products to deliver smarter on-chain intelligence and trading experiences. Validate model effectiveness, fine-tune, and productionize.

Onchain Data and Smart Contract Analysis: Conduct deep research on smart contracts, protocol mechanics, and on-chain behaviors. Translate protocol-level insights into algorithmic features, search signals, and product improvements.

Quality & Delivery Excellence: Own end-to-end delivery quality — from spec, to dev, to QA, to launch, to post-launch metrics. Build robust evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops to ensure long-term product health.

What We Look For In You

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5+ years of Product Manager experience. Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in algorithm platforms, search / recommendation systems, or AI products. Web3 industry experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of algorithm platforms, ML model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, and offline/online experimentation.

Hands-on experience with search systems (indexing, ranking, relevance, retrieval) is highly valued.

Proficiency in AI technology, AI Agent, LLM, embedding / vector retrieval, and AI application experience.

Experience with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, on-chain data analysis, consensus mechanisms, and cross-chain technologies.

Familiar with onchain and Web3 ecosystems, with active engagement in the crypto community.

Soft Skills:

Strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and ownership over delivery quality.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex algorithmic / search problems into solvable pieces.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineering, data, and data science teams.

Fluent in English and Chinese.

Nice to Haves

Knowledge of Web3-related products and deep technical understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and related technologies.

Experience with on-chain trading and an understanding of on-chain opportunity discovery processes.

Familiarity with tokenomics and an understanding of economic incentive mechanisms in the Web3 space.
