Institutional Data Analyst Officer

Job Summary: Manage and analyze institutional data to support organizational performance measurement and strategic decision-making. Collect, validate, and evaluate institutional performance data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop, maintain, and optimize institutional data systems, dashboards, and analytics for reporting purposes. Prepare analytical reports and present data-driven insights to support leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Support BINUS' global ranking initiatives by providing institutional data analysis and performance insights aligned with international ranking frameworks (e.g., QS, Times Higher Education).

Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, institutional research, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop dashboards and present insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with institutional performance measurement and higher education global ranking systems (e.g., QS, Times Higher Education) is an advantage.
