Senior Application Consultant- Contract

Design, develop, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.Build and support robust ETL/ELT frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, integration, and processing of large datasets.Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and transformation activities to ensure high data quality.Develop reusable components, automation scripts, and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.Design and implement enterprise data solutions across Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Lake house, and Data Marts.Develop and optimize cloud-native data architectures using AWS and Azure platforms.Implement and support metadata management, data lineage, and data quality monitoring frameworks.Ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence.Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.Manage and optimize cloud-based data services and support large-scale data processing environments.Support DataOps and DevOps initiatives through automation, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement practices.Implement and support CI/CD processes, workload optimization, and operational monitoring.Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Power BI.Configure, administer, and support BI platforms, servers, user access controls, and reporting environments.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Establish and maintain data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Implement role-based access controls, auditing, encryption, and data protection mechanisms.Define and enforce data quality standards, monitoring processes, and governance policies.Utilize Cloudera, Hive, PySpark, Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Teradata, AWS, and Azure technologies to support enterprise analytics solutions.Experience working in Singapore Government, public sector, healthcare, banking, or other regulated environments.Exposure to Databricks, Python, PySpark, Infrastructure as Code, Generative AI, LLMOps, Vector Databases, and modern AI application architectures is advantageous.Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Data Platform Development.Key Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Data Platform development.Strong SQL and Python programming skills.Experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.Experience of Informatica, Cloudera, MicroStrategy and Tableau.Experience working with cloud data platforms and services.Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and database design.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.Experience with Python, R, or PySpark for data analysis and automation.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure in GCC environments.Experience and certification of DatabricksExperience of using state-of-the-art AI tools to increase productivity of data engineering works.Experience of setting up or proficiently using DevOps.Familiarity with Generative AI, Vector databases, LLMOps, or AI application architecturesDisclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your information.
