Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Build, optimize, and maintain data models, data marts, and data warehouse solutions. Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational performance to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Develop and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency. Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements for data governance and reporting processes. Create clear documentation for data models, dashboards, and reporting processes. Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role. Strong experience with Data Warehouse, ETL processes, and data modeling. Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization. Strong SQL skills with experience in querying and analyzing large datasets. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL. Good understanding of data visualization best practices and business reporting. Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, Informatica, or similar. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform). Experience using Python or R for data analysis is an advantage. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management. Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail industry is a plus.
