You will bridge Web flexibility and Native speed, prototyping and implementing next-generation interfaces that feel alive, responsive, and “butter smooth.”Key ResponsibilitiesNext-Gen Interface Development: Build robust, high-fidelity implementations of AI-driven interfaces for Desktop and In-Car environmentsHybrid Architecture Implementation: Leverage Web standards (HTML) within Flutter to create novel UI rendering strategies that maximize platform capabilitiesPerformance Engineering: Ensure 60fps+ performance, focusing on memory optimization, efficient rendering, and smooth animations in data-heavy scenariosCross-Platform Innovation: Conduct R&D on emerging technologies (e.g., Compose Multiplatform) to maintain a cutting-edge, adaptable tech stackRapid Prototyping: Collaborate with the AI team to quickly turn conceptual ideas into functional, interactive proofs-of-conceptHow You Will Stand OutMinimum 2+ years of professional Flutter development experienceStrong expertise in Dart, asynchronous programming (Streams, Isolates, Futures), and State Management (Bloc, Provider)Solid knowledge of HTML programming and Web architecture for hybrid interface implementationProven skills in performance profiling (DevTools), frame optimization, and memory managementExperience with WebView or hybrid environments is a plusProficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support communication with stakeholders in China.Familiarity with Android Automotive OS (AAOS), desktop application development, Compose Multiplatform, or hybrid rendering techniques is highly advantageousXG Tech is committed to providing equal employment opportunities by country, state, and local laws.
