Presentation Designer (Bank | PowerPoint | Adobe Creative Suite)

The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Presentation & Graphics DesignerThis will start off as a 12-month contract roleThe JobProduce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging formatWorking as part of the graphics and presentations team that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projectsAssist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are metProactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectivesEnsure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teamsProactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to useRecord and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if neededThe TalentAt least 4 years in the field of creative services in a corporate, client service environment; ideally in a financial institution (Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience)Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applicationsExperience of proofreading presentationsKnowledge of external print processesAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC appsProven organization and time management skillsNext StepWe could contact you in the soonest time if you directly send your resume to: [email protected] Topic: Apply Presentation & Graphics DesignerWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contactedWu Yue ShanEA License No: 91C2918Personnel Registration Number: R25138923
