ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and applications for payment and reconciliation platformsIntegrate with internal platforms, external payment providers, and enterprise systemsTranslate requirements into technical deliverables with cross-functional teamsSupport testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, CI/CD, monitoring, and production readinessContribute to Agile planning, estimation, and deliverySkillset — Must HaveHands-on experience in backend software engineering and AI-assisted development practicesStrong hands-on experience with Java and/or KotlinExperience with Spring Boot and/or QuarkusExperience developing backend services, APIs, and applications and working with integration platforms such as API Gateways and message brokersExperience with unit, integration, and automated testingFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub workflows/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and DatadogStrong troubleshooting, debugging skillsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fieldsSkillset — Good to HavePayments, reconciliation, trade operations, financial services, or enterprise integration experience.Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and/or AzureFamiliarity with data platforms and tooling such as Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, and/or Apache IcebergExperience with Apache Airflow and/or Temporal
