SENIOR EXECUTIVE DATA ANALYSIS (CCP FOR ICT PROFESSIONALS)

As a Senior Executive Data Analyst at AdataCompany, you will be responsible for analyzing complex trade and logistics datasets, evaluating the accuracy of our AI-driven document extraction models, and designing data workflows that power our automated customs clearance systems. You will play a critical role in bridging raw shipment data with advanced generative AI tools, collaborating closely with engineers and product teams to optimize our automated workflows. Extract, synthesize and analyze multi-dimensional datasets across sales, inventory, procurement, and operations to architect predictive models that enhance business decision-making and scale operational efficiency. Analyze, clean, validate structured data outputs generated by our in-house AI and OCR engines (ADEX), identifying edge cases, extraction error, and structural anomalies. Leverage advanced Generative AI API’s from OpenAI and Anthropic to enhanced document parsing capabilities, optimize prompt engineering for trade-specific workflows, and train our intelligent AI Trade Assistant. Evaluate and refine the data logic behind our automated HS Code Harmonizer, ensuring high compliance and precise duty/tax calculation across varying global jurisdictions. Actively identify repetitive data workflows within the document capture lifecycle and design smart automation routines to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure high standards of data integrity, consistency, confidentiality, and security across all business systems. Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements relating to trade data and information security. Assist in evaluating AI model performance by analyzing accuracy, confidence scores, and exception cases. Build dynamic dashboards and performance matrices to track AI extraction accuracy rates, customer turnaround times, and supply chain data. Generate operational and management reports that support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
