Industry: International energy leader headquartered in EuropeDuration: 6-months contractWork location: CBD, hybrid work arrangementWorking hours: 9:30am-6:30pmAbout the JobVoyage Management System Data Validation — Validate setup across ~60 vessels (fuel zones, scrubber configs, vessel data) and standardise warranted profiles to ensure a reliable baseline for all reporting and KPIsDashboard Validation — Validate business logic across key dashboards (fleet register, earnings, claims handover, optimisation value tracker) and ensure outputs reflect commercial reality before go-live.Workflow Structuring & Migration — Restructure Excel-based workflows and migrate into systems to enable accurate live reportingSOP Development & Audit Readiness — Document all Shipping Optimisation team processes, workflows and controls as formal Standard Operating Procedures.
