AI Business Partner

Role OverviewThe AI Business Partner serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the adoption and delivery of AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomes. This role partners closely with functional leaders to identify opportunities, define use cases, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic AI PartnershipPartner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and identify AI opportunities.Translate business challenges into AI use cases and implementation roadmaps.Advise stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.Develop business cases and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.AI Use Case DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and Generative AI opportunities across business functions.Facilitate workshops to uncover automation, prediction, and decision-support opportunities.Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.Build and manage AI project pipelines.Program DeliveryCollaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and IT teams to deliver AI solutions.Drive end-to-end implementation from concept through deployment and adoption.Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and change management activities.Track project performance and value realization.Change Management & AdoptionPromote AI awareness and digital transformation across the organization.Develop user adoption strategies and training programs.Act as an internal AI advocate and trusted advisor.Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Market & Technology InsightsStay current on emerging AI technologies, GenAI platforms, and industry trends.Evaluate AI vendors, tools, and partnership opportunities.Recommend innovative solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.5-10+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, product management, analytics, or technology-related roles.Experience leading cross-functional projects involving data, analytics, AI, or automation.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Experience developing business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations.
