[Order Number: 1424726-R]ResponsibilitiesPerform process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure stable production output, yield, and product quality.Monitor, analyze, and interpret process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis tools to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure long-term process stability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve operational issues and improve overall equipment and process efficiency.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including process qualification, validation, and documentation in compliance with industry and quality standards.Leverage data analysis and process insights to support decision-making and improve manufacturing performance.RequirementsNon-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
