AI Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for engineering applications. In this role, you will build and optimise AI models, develop software in Python, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate intelligent solutions into products and systems. You will also contribute to data analysis, model improvement, and technical documentation to support reliable and scalable AI-driven applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI software and machine learning solutions for engineering and industrial applications.Design, train, test, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.Write, test, and maintain software in Python to support AI model development, deployment, and integration.Use AI and deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow to build and improve intelligent solutions.Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products, systems, and workflows.Analyse data, evaluate model performance, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and effectiveness.Support experimentation, validation, and deployment of AI models in practical engineering use cases.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including model design, testing results, and development records.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.Strong programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data processing concepts.Ability to develop, test, and troubleshoot AI software applications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience with engineering, industrial, or semiconductor-related AI applications.Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, GPU computing, or model deployment environments.Knowledge of software version control systems such as Git.Passion for innovation and applying AI to solve real-world engineering problems.Ethos Search Associates Pte. Ltd.EA License No: 13C6655EA Reg No: R1765450 Pinky Lim (Lim Lee Phing)
