More details as below.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on GCP Cloud Automation Engineer to build and enhance automation capabilities across our Google Cloud Platform environment. The role will focus on platform automation, operational excellence, observability, reliability, and self-service enablement to improve cloud scalability and reduce manual operational effort.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain automation solutions for GCP platform operations.• Build self-service capabilities for application onboarding and infrastructure provisioning.• Automate deployment, operational, and monitoring workflows.• Implement and enhance observability, alerting, and operational dashboards.• Improve platform reliability, resiliency, and operational readiness.• Support GKE-based platforms and cloud-native services.• Collaborate with platform, application, and security teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.Required Skills• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).• Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar languages.• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).• Strong Kubernetes/GKE administration and troubleshooting skills.• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.• Good understanding of cloud operations, incident management, and reliability practices.Nice to Have• SRE experience.• Experience with Vertex AI or modern AI platforms.• Cloud security and IAM knowledge.• FinOps and cloud cost optimization exposureCONSULTANT DETAILSConsultant Name: Abinaya RReg No: R1765546 Avensys Consulting Pte LtdEA Licence 12C5759Privacy Statement: Data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
