AI Platform Engineer

Supporting implementation of AIDA’s AI Platform on RE:AI’s IaaS using Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent container platformsIntegrating core platform components such as API Gateway, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and observability stacksAssisting in deployment and management of OpenShift clusters (CPU/GPU), including operators, networking, and security configurationsAutomating platform provisioning and operations using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and standardized deployment patternsIntegrating platform capabilities with enterprise infrastructure including networking, storage, load balancers, and backup systemsImplementing platform security controls (IAM/AD, SIEM, NGFW, EDR) in alignment with enterprise standardsSupporting AI/ML workloads including GenAI, LLM serving, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworksContributing to platform monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and capacity planningSkills for Success:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, or AI/data platform rolesHands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift (e.g., operators, networking, security)Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps/CI/CD practicesBasic understanding of cloud/IaaS networking and security principlesExposure to AI/ML platform components such as LLMs, RAG, or similar frameworksStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindsetEffective collaboration and communication skillsGood to have:Red Hat, Kubernetes, or OpenShift certifications
